3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Our platform allows you to connect your own API keys for various AI providers. You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys
• Usage of third-party AI services is subject to their respective terms and pricing
• We are not responsible for costs incurred through third-party API usage
• You must comply with the terms of service of each AI provider you use
• API keys are stored encrypted but you assume risk of providing them

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Create content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment
• Develop malware, phishing schemes, or other security threats
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate spam, misleading content, or disinformation
• Attempt to bypass AI safety measures or content filters
• Reverse engineer or exploit our platform's infrastructure
• Share accounts or access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use automated systems to abuse the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

You understand and acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use
• AI responses should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• You retain ownership of your original prompts and uploaded content
• Rights to AI-generated outputs may vary based on the underlying AI provider's terms

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The NewAgentsHub platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is our intellectual property protected by copyright and other laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using our Services, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Services.

Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.

8. Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users:

• We may implement rate limits on API calls and requests
• Excessive usage may result in temporary throttling
• Storage limits may apply to knowledge base uploads

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEWAGENTSHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages arising from AI-generated content; costs from third-party API usage; or any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NewAgentsHub and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may discontinue Services with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction where NewAgentsHub is established.

15. Severability
